How does the payment work when adding an extra license?
Yearly Subscription: Additional licenses will be invoiced until the end of the contract. When a new user is created after four months only the remaining eight months will be invoiced.
Monthly Subscription: The new licenses will be added to the next month’s invoice.
Is implementation included?
The subscription does not include the implementation. When preferred an implementation package will be offered based on the size of your organization.
How much support do you get?
Online support and a helpdesk is available during standard business hours (Central European Time). There is always an option to add more advanced support.
