Who is the privacy controller?
Qooling based in H.I. Ambacht is the processor of your personal data. We don’t have a dedicated privacy officer due to the size of the company and the very limited sensitive data we process.

Personal data is every piece of information that can be traced back to a single person. Some examples are name, address, phone number, and bank account, but also pictures and biomedical data.

Most of the time we require a limited amount of personal information in order for you to make use of our solution. Some information is required for us to provide you access to the platform. In this case you are required to share this personal detail in order to follow the rules of the law.

Qooling doesn’t share you information with any other company if this is not agreed upon by you or obliged by law. Qooling has the goal to make sure that all your information is processed within the EU. This allows us to make sure we are compliant to the GDPR.

- You have the right to request the deletion of your data in case the data isn’t required any more. There are some exceptions when the law clearly stipulates that we need to store the data for a certain time period.

You can ask for this restriction when we are in the processes of assessing whether your data needs to be rectified, when we are checking if your data has been used unrightfully or when you have objected against the processing of your data all together.
