Started from Scratch

Back in 2018, Solid Partners got certified for ISO9001 and ISO27001. They started off with Qooling without any management system in place and used Qooling as a way to structure the process. This process was guided by an experienced quality consultant, BuroKim, who has years of experience in the field of quality and information security. Solid Partners was looking for an easy to use and customizable platform for their quality and security management.

Transition to an Online Platform

During the implementation and configuration of the platform, was the main point of contact. She helped Solid Partners with making the right decisions and selecting the right structure. The out of the box structure which is embedded in Qooling helped Solid Partners a lot in having a starting point to begin with and order their management system as such. The ease of use helped a great deal by getting up to speed quite quickly.

The main benefit of having one platform is the fact that Solid Partners has all their quality and security-related documents in one location. This allowed them to easily structure the documents in such a way that they are easy to find and accessible by the employees that need a particular document. This resulted in a streamlined and efficient way of working with limited search effort by the employees.

The customisation of the platform makes it very easy to stay compliant to a wide range of certificates. Solid Partners was able to tailor the platform specifically to their way of working which increased adaptation. It also prevented Solid Partners to be forced to work according to a certain fixed way of working.
