Before using Qooling, GAC Netherlands used a Word and Excel-based Management System. GAC experienced difficulties and lots of paperwork with this way of working. GAC needed a solution that was easy to use for the entire company so everybody can find the information when they need to. This is why GAC went for Qooling as their solution. With Qooling, it is not only easy for everybody to find the right information, but it is also very easy to stay ready for audits.
Quality and Safety have an important role within GAC NL. The goal/target is to involve all the employees in the Quality Management System and ensure they have an active role within the system. Since they began using Qooling, the involvement has really improved. Next to that, it is much easier to collect data from the workshop. Data provided by employees is necessary to improve the Quality and Safety within GAC NL, this is a big plus.
The employees also have an important role in the improvement of the failure costs. The increase of reported incidents shows that mistakes are recognized and that they start to see the costs involved in repairing things. The mistakes and costs can be avoidable and the analysis of Qooling shows these mistakes. On the basis of the analysis, the management can take action. In addition to all these functions that Qooling has, all the employees of GAC NL are happy to work with Qooling as their Quality Management System.
